After you have successfully placed your order with Your order will be confirmed within 48 hours, and you will receive an email with information regarding the details of your order. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Order Processing Time

In addition to force majeure, the current processing time for all orders takes 2-4 working days. If your product does not meet the conditions for delivery within 3-5 working days, you will see our notice for the delivery time on the product page before purchase.

From 7 to 12 business days, depending on the product you purchased and your location, we will ship the goods to you. (From the date of shipping, pre-sale items excluded).

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 2-3 days. Please check shipment status via


IMIKI is not responsible for any custom and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

All products are initially covered by a 12-month warranty, starting from the date of purchase as indicated on your proof-of-purchase. 

If you would like to change or cancel an order please contact us as soon as you can. We will attempt to accommodate order changes to the extent possible prior to shipping confirmation. Some changes will result in a shipping delay.

Unfortunately,we are unable to accommodate changes or cancellations on special order requests and/or orders that have already shipped. However, we will always try, and if we’re unable to do so you can through our Returns process.


  • If the customer provides the wrong address or fails to promptly retrieve the package, resulting in the loss or irretrievability of the package, the customer shall bear the loss. Jsaux will not replace the order or issue a refund.
