Orders and Shipments
Once you place an order, it typically takes 1-2 business days to process before it is shipped. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.

The shipping fee is determined by various factors, including product weight, shipping origin, destination, selected shipping method, and warehouse location. Exact pricing will be displayed at checkout. We offer free Standard shipping. For more details, please refer to our shipping policy
Normally we don't provide support during weekends, except for urgent cases. In these cases, you only need to mark “Urgent” in your email, we will get back to you ASAP.

When placing an order, ensure that you provide a complete and accurate delivery address, including the recipient's name, company name, flat number, floor number, street name, and a valid phone number. IMIKI is not responsible for lost packages resulting from incorrect delivery information.
